COMMON QUESTIONS
An NVQ is a work-based qualification that recognises the skills and knowledge you demonstrate in your job. Assessment typically uses evidence of real work, professional discussions and observation where the qualification requires it.
Most competence-based NVQs are for people already doing the relevant trade, supervisory or management duties. We will check your experience, role and access to suitable work evidence before confirming a route. The Level 1 Health & Safety Award is not an NVQ.
A relevant qualification may support an application for a card matching your occupation. The qualification, health and safety test, and other requirements depend on the card type. CSCS decides eligibility; C2HSE cannot guarantee a card. Check the official CSCS Card Finder before enrolling.
Assessors may review uploaded evidence such as work records, photos and video, and discuss your work remotely. Workplace observation or additional verification may also be required by the specific qualification. We will explain this before you enrol.
Registering interest is free and is not a booking. Before you pay for a course, we will provide the applicable cancellation and refund terms, including any statutory consumer cancellation rights. Contact info@c2hse.co.uk for the written terms.
